摘要
考虑汽车试验场对沥青面层抗裂、抗老化、抗车辙等方面的技术要求,在传统施工方案的基础上,通过计算沥青面层受力特征参数,获取影响道路受力的因素;选取反映道路沥青面层结构的抗变形能力与刚度的施工指标;通过喷洒粘层油,铺设玻纤网土工格栅工艺;采用滑撬自动找平装置,进行沥青混合料的摊铺组合压实等综合技术手段,实现对汽车试验场地道路沥青面层施工方案的优化设计。试验证明,通过选取合理的施工控制指标、采用必要的防裂措施及组合压实工艺,可有效缓解沥青面层的疲劳开裂。
Considering the technical requirements of the automobile test site on the asphalt pavement in terms of crack resistance,aging resistance,rutting resistance,etc.,on the basis of the traditional construction scheme,the factors affecting the road stress are obtained by calculating the stress characteristic parameters of the asphalt pavement;select construction indicators that reflect the deformation resistance and stiffness of the asphalt surface structure of the road;by spraying adhesive layer oil and laying fiberglass mesh geogrid technology;by using a sliding lever automatic leveling device and comprehensive technical means such as paving,combining and compacting asphalt mixtures,the optimization design of the construction plan for the asphalt surface layer of the road in the automotive testing site is achieved.Experiments have shown that by selecting reasonable construction control indicators,adopting necessary crack prevention measures,and combining compaction techniques,fatigue cracking of asphalt surface layers can be effectively alleviated.
