Discussion on the Integrated Construction mode of Subway Station and Urban Space Development and Utilization

针对地铁车站与城市空间开发利用一体化建设需求进一步提高的情况,以南京市轨道交通17号线滨江公园站、奥体中心站的城市空间开发利用及一体化建设方案的实践经验为例,归纳总结站城一体化建设的意义、站城一体化开发模式。轨道交通站点的前期设计应尽量考虑站城一体化开发模式,促进城市和轨道交通建设和谐发展。

In view of the demand for integrated construction of metro station and urban space development and utilization has further increased,this paper takes the practical experience of the urban space development and utilization of Nanjing Railway Transit Line 17 Riverside Park Station and the Olympic Stadium Center Station and the integration of the construction program as an example to summarize the significance of the integrated construction and the development mode of station and city.The pre-design of rail transit stations should consider the integrated station-city development mode as much as possible,so as to promote the harmonious development of urban.and rail transit construction.
