我国已迈进人口老年化社会。发展老年学历教育,不仅是提高老年人群综合素养、促进老年人力资源建设的需要,也是构建高质量学习型社会和推进“教育强国”建设的需要。但我国老年学历教育起步较晚,还存在专业与课程建设、教学方法与评价体系改革、师资队伍建设与经费保障以及毕业标准和文凭的社会认可度等问题。所以,需要借助“学分银行”管理平台,根据老年人群和社会发展的需要,大力发展老年学历教育,从入学条件、专业与课程建设、教学方法与考核评价、学籍管理与毕业标准以及师资队伍建设和经费保障等方面科学构建老年学历教育体系。

China has entered an era of an aging population.The development of academic education for the elderly is not only necessary to improve the comprehensive quality of the elderly population and promote the construction of elderly human resources,but also crucial for building a high-quality learning society and promoting the construction of"education power".However,the education for the elderly started late in China and still faces issues such as the construction of majors and courses,reform of teaching methods and evaluation system,the construction of teaching staff and the guarantee of funds,as well as graduation standards and social recognition of diplomas.Therefore,it is necessary to use the"credit bank"management platform to vigorously develop university education for the elderly according to the needs of the elderly population and social development,and scientifically build a university education system for the elderly from the aspects of admission conditions,major and course construction,teaching methods and assessment,school status management and graduation standards,teacher team construction and funding security.
