Optimization of University Counselors'Online Discourse in the New Media Environment

随着网络技术的发展和完善,新媒体以传播速度快、传播内容多样和影响力指数级增长的特点给高校辅导员思想政治教育提供了新的机遇的同时,也带来了话语主导弱势、话语效应较弱和话语能力不足的话语困境。在新媒体环境下,高校辅导员如何在信息海量多元、话语表达自由多元、话语交互即时多元的话语场域中,运用优质网络话语与大学生在网络场域中进行交流沟通,探究具有实践性、操作性、针对性的网络话语的语言实践则显得尤为重要。因此,高校辅导员应从理念、内容、方式上进行网络话语优化,提升思想政治教育话语权,促进辅导员工作更具温度和活力,增强高校网络思想政治教育育人实效。

Advancements in internet technology and the emergence of new media,characterized by rapid dissemination,varied content,and increasing influence,have opened novel opportunity for ideological and political education conducted by university counselors.Yet,it has also brought about discourse predicaments,such as diminished control over discourse,reduced impact,and inadequate discourse capabilities.In this context,it becomes imperative for university counselors to refine their approach to online communication with students,ensuring the use of high-quality,effective discourse.This refinement necessitates the exploration and implementation of practical,operational,and specifically targeted language practices in an environment rich with information and characterized by diverse,free,and instantaneous discourse interactions.Therefore,university counselors must optimize online discourse in terms of conceptual understanding,content richness,and methodological efficacy,enhance their discourse authority in ideological and political education,promote more warm and vibrant counselor work,and strengthen the practical effectiveness of ideological and political education in the online environment at universities.
