大学生创业失败烙印:生成原因、形变机制与应对策略

Imprint of College Students'Entrepreneurship Failure:Generation Reason,Deformation Mechanism and Coping Strategy

创业失败烙印深刻影响着大学生创业者的认知模式,是探讨其后续行为选择的关键所在。研究基于烙印理论视角,解析了大学生创业失败烙印的生成原因,认为处于敏感期的大学生会受嵌入社会、学校和家庭三重环境的创业失败影响而生成创业失败烙印;结合大学生创业失败烙印的两种类型和形变方向,构建了大学生创业失败烙印形变机制模型,包括正向烙印的正向形变、正向烙印的负向形变、负向烙印的负向形变和负向烙印的正向形变四种类型。研究从政府建立行之有效的帮扶机制、高校顺势而为改革创业教育体系以及家庭发挥“避风港”的保护作用三个方面提出应对大学生创业失败烙印的策略。

The imprint of entrepreneurial failure profoundly affects the cognitive patterns of college student entrepreneurs and is crucial for exploring their subsequent behavioral choices.Based on the imprint theory,study analyzes why college students feel imprinted by failure and finds that college students in the sensitive period are influenced by the social,school,and family environments that embed failure imprint.By combining the two types of entrepreneurial failure imprint and their transformation directions,a model of how college students'failure imprint changes is constructed,which includes four types:positive imprint with positive change,positive imprint with negative change,negative imprint with negative change,and negative imprint with positive change.Study suggests some strategies to deal with failure imprint from three perspectives:the government's effective support mechanism,the reform of entrepreneurship education in colleges in line with the trends and the family's protective role as a"safe haven".
