摘要
GIS和BIM处于两个不同的行业领域,二者的融合并非巧合,而是一种互补方式。通过GIS+BIM融合可以保留二者原有的数据和功能特性,同时提供了面向应用与管理所需的功能与服务。本文阐述了GIS和BIM的定义,探讨了GIS和BIM集成的价值,并从数据集成、性能保证方面研究了GIS和BIM集成的关键技术。展望了GIS与BIM集成应用的前景和方向,旨在指导GIS与BIM集成的研究工作,为GIS与BIM集成的实际应用提供参考。
GIS and BIM are located in two different industry fields,and their integration is not a coincidence,but a complementary method.Through GIS+BIM fusion,the original data and functional characteristics of the two can be retained,and the functions and services required for application and management can be provided at the same time.This paper explains the definition of GIS and BIM,discusses the value of GIS and BIM integration,and studies key technologies for GIS and BIM integration from the aspects of da-ta integration and performance assurance.Looking forward to the prospects and directions of GIS and BIM integration applications,it aims to guide the research work between GIS and BIM integration and provide a reference for the actual applications integrated by GIS and BIM.
