胆汁酸、肠道菌群与结直肠癌免疫检查点治疗 被引量:1

摘要 胆汁酸作为胆固醇代谢的衍生物,是促进脂类吸收的乳化剂。越来越多的证据表明其可以作为小分子信号物质参与机体的免疫调控、能量代谢、衰老、肿瘤发生等。胆汁酸和肠道菌群存在复杂的反馈和相互作用,共同参与了肠道局部免疫微环境的构成。文章探讨胆汁酸代谢及其对肠道菌群修饰作用,二者在结直肠癌起病中作用的相关研究进展,并对胆汁酸、肠道菌群作为结直肠癌免疫检查点抑制剂治疗潜在联合策略进行了分析和展望。 Bile acids,as metabolic derivatives of cholesterol,have been known to facilitate the absorption of lipids as emulsifiers.More and more evidence shows that bile acids are involved in immune regulation,energy metabolism,aging,and tumorigenesis as small molecule signaling substances.There are complex feedback and interactions between bile acids and gut microbiota,both of which take part in the formation of local intestinal immune microenvironment.This article reviews the progress of bile acid metabolism and its modification effect on gut microbiota,and their role in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer.Also,it analyzes and prospects the potential combined strategies of bile acid and gut microbiota as immune checkpoint inhibitors in colorectal cancer.
