教学研究型实验室实践本科研究生双赢培养的途径

摘要 高校教学研究型实验室兼负教学和科研双重任务,是高校本科教学、科学研究和人才培养的重要基地。在新时代新征程上发展高质量高等教育,应充分发挥实验室育人优势。从实验课程建设和实验室管理模式入手,加强科研融入教学、支撑教学,构建实验室管理的助管和共管模式,促进研究生参与教学管理,提高本科实验教学和研究生培养质量,从而实现对本科生、研究生的双赢培养。 As an important base for undergraduate teaching,scientific research and talent training,the laboratory of an ordinary university is responsible for both teaching and scientific research.The development of high quality higher education in the new era and new journey should give full play to the advantages of laboratory education.We can start with experimental course construction and laboratory management mode,strengthen the integration of scientific research into teaching,scientific research support teaching,construct the assistant management and co-management mode,promote the participation of graduate students in teaching and management,improve the quality of undergraduate experimental teaching and graduate training,so as to practice the win-win training for undergraduate and graduate students.
