摘要
聚焦《中国制造2025》国家行动纲领,针对现阶段缺少制造业高层次、复合型、创新型人才这一亟待解决的问题,以东南大学现有智能制造课程体系为基础,以工业发展与培训中心为支撑,打造面向新工科建设的集认知性实践课程、基础性实践课程、综合性实践课程、创新研究性实践课程于一体的本硕博一体化智能制造实践教学平台和课程体系。在实践中形成了具有示范性和推广价值的智能制造领域人才培养新模式,有助于为相关产业输送适应性强的专业人才。
Focusing on the "Made in China 2025" national action program,aiming at the urgent problem of the lack of high-level,composite and innovative talents in the manufacturing industry at this stage,this paper is based on the existing intelligent manufacturing curriculum system of Southeast University and supported by the industrial development and training center.To build an integrated intelligent manufacturing practice teaching platform and course system for emerging engineering education construction integrating cognitive practice courses,basic practice courses,comprehensive practice courses and innovative research practice courses.In practice,it has formed a new model of talent training in the field of intelligent manufacturing with demonstration and promotion value,which is helpful to transport professionals with strong adaptability for related industries.
