摘要
新工科建设要求地方高校加强机械类硕士研究生创新能力培养。在分析国内外高校研究生创新能力培养现状的基础上,总结分析我国地方高校机械类硕士研究生创新人才培养存在的问题,如创新意识与创新能力不足、对创新能力的认知存在偏差、培养模式单一等,并从培养理念、培养方案、评估体系、文献分析能力、协同平台五个方面,提出了新工科背景下地方高校机械类硕士研究生创新能力的提升策略。
The construction of emerging engineering education requires local universities to strengthen the cultivation of innovation capability of mechanical graduate students.Based on the analysis of the current situation of innovation capability cultivation of graduate students in domestic and foreign universities,the problems in the cultivation of mechanical graduate students in local universities in China are summarized and analyzed,including insufficient innovation consciousness and innovation ability,deviations in the cognition of innovation capability and single mode of graduate student cultivation.In addition,the strategies for the improvement of innovation capability of mechanical graduate students in local universities in the context of emerging engineering education are presented in terms of cultivation concept,talent cultivation program,evaluation system,literature analysis ability and cooperative platform construction.
