基于企业视角的应用型高校产教协同育人改革

The Reform of Cooperative Education of Production and Education in Applied Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Enterprises

产教协同育人对提高应用型高校人才培养质量具有重要意义,需要政府、企业和高校通力合作。从企业视角解析产教协同育人的实施主体、动机意图、教学形式和外部环境,企业难免成为推动产教协同育人的薄弱一环。从企业视角提出推进产教协同育人的几项改革措施:提高角色站位,主动承担社会责任;锻炼育人能力,积极参与人才培养;重视利益平衡,妥善推进产教合作,从而推动产教协同育人向多元化、公平化、内涵化方向发展,营造校企紧密合作、培养质量提升的良性生态系统。

The cooperation of production and education is of great significance for improving the quality of talent training in applicationoriented colleges and universities,which requires the cooperation of the government,enterprises and universities.Analyzing the implementation subject,motivation,teaching form and external environment of industry education collaborative education from the perspective of enterprises,enterprises will inevitably become a weak link in promoting industry education collaborative education.From the perspective of enterprises,several reform measures are proposed to promote the collaborative education of industry and education:improve the role,take the initiative to assume social responsibility;exercise the ability to educate people,actively participate in talent training;pay attention to the balance of interests,properly promote the cooperation of industry and education,so as to promote the collaborative education of industry and education to the direction of diversification,fairness,and internalization,and create a benign ecology of close cooperation between schools and enterprises,and improvement of training quality.
