旨在研究高校阅读推广人需要具备的能力,分析了高校阅读推广人制度建设的法律依据和理论依据,提出开展阅读推广人制度建设的具体措施,应从建立高校阅读推广人培训和认证制度、建立高校阅读推广人资质管理制度、建立高校阅读推广人激励机制、建立高校阅读推广人评估机制四方面入手。

The purpose of this paper is to study the ability of college reading promoters,analyze the legal and theoretical basis of the system construction of reading promoters in colleges and universities,and propose specific measures to carry out the system construction of reading promoters.It needs to start from four aspects:establishing the training and certification system of college reading promoters,establishing the qualification management system of college reading promoters,establishing the incentive mechanism of college reading promoters,and establishing the evaluation mechanism of college reading promoters.
