摘要
钢管拱肋作为大跨度梁拱组合桥的关键设计部位,其施工过程及受力性能关系到全桥结构的安全。通过跨越太浦河航道180 m钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋整体提升施工的研究,合理布置了拱肋安装支架及提升支架,并采用Midas Civil有限元软件对拱肋架设及整体提升过程中支架的受力及稳定性进行分析。结果表明:各施工阶段支架的强度和刚度满足要求,整体结构具有良好的稳定性,可为后续工程施工提供经验。
Steel pipe arch rib is the key design part of long span girder-arch composite bridge,whose construction process and mechanical performance are related to the safety of the whole bridge structure.Based on the research on the overall lifting construction of the arch rib of the 180 m concrete-filled steel pipe arch bridge spanning the Taipu River channel,the arch rib mounting brackets and lifting brackets were rationally arranged.Midas Civil finite element software was used to analyze the force and stability of the brackets during the arch rib erection and overall lifting process.The results showed that the strength and stiffness of the brackets in each construction stage can meet the construction requirements.The overall structure had good stability,which can provide valuable experience for subsequent engineering construction.
