摘要
骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)在过去通常被认为一种退行性疾病,现今代谢紊乱引起的代谢性炎症已被证实是其病理生理学中重要的一部分。本文总结了代谢因素、炎症因子对OA发生与发展的影响,探讨了代谢治疗在OA中的临床应用前景。
Osteoarthritis is used be described as a degenerative disease,but now more and more evidence shows that metabolic disorder-induced inflammation is involved in the development of the disease.This article reviews the roles of metabolic and inflammatory factors in the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis,and discusses the application prospect of metabolic therapy in clinical management of osteoarthritis.
