产教融合视域下高职教育发展面临的问题和对策分析

Analysis of problems and countermeasures in the development of higher vocational education from the perspective of“integration of production and education”

通过对我国高等职业教育人才培养质量、办学模式、管理体制、师资情况、就业情况等分析,全面了解和把握我国高等职业教育现状及发展趋势,剖析我国高等职业教育面临的主要问题及原因,进一步明确高等职业教育改革的重要性和紧迫性。在此基础上,针对社会经济与新技术发展对高等职业教育的需求,提出推进我国高等职业教育健康发展的对策建议,其主要包括加强顶层制度设计、突出办学特色、营造发展环境、培养高素质教师、完善投入机制、加强与企业及社会的沟通等。

By analyzing the quality of talent cultivation,educational mode,management system,faculty situation,and employment situation in China's higher vocational education,we comprehensively understand and grasp the current situation and development trend of China's higher vocational education,analyze the main problems and reasons faced by China's higher vocational education,and further clarify the importance and urgency of higher vocational education reform.On this basis,in response to the needs of socio-economic and new technological development for higher vocational education,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the healthy development of higher vocational education in China.These mainly include strengthening top-level institutional design,highlighting educational characteristics,creating a development environment,cultivating high-quality teachers,improving investment mechanisms,and strengthening communication with enterprises and society.
