摘要
培养系统思考的观念是学习型组织建立过程中最重要的部分。“七巧板”拓展训练项目的设计巧妙且直观地呈现如果没有系统观念的结果。项目实施过程中的互动能够反映组织特有的思维模式和行为模式,呈现组织成员在日常工作中的关系模式、沟通模式等。以高校学生会组织为例进行设计实施,利用管理学及学习型组织理论深度挖掘“七巧板”项目内涵,启发组织成员的系统观念,提升学生会组织效能。
Cultivating the concept of system thinking is the most important part in building a learning organization.The“Tangram”outward bound training program is cleverly and intuitively designed to show the results if there is no system thinking.The interaction during the implementation can reflect the unique thinking mode and behavior patterns of the organization,the relationship and communication patterns between members in their daily work,etc.Taking the student union of the colleges as an example,this program which is designed and implemented based on the management theory and learning organization theory could plays a role in inspiring the system thinking of the members and promoting the organizational efficiency.
