摘要
国际国内社会、经济环境的快速变化,给高职大学生的学习环境带来很大改变,影响其学习成效。为了解高职大学生在近几年内的学习心理状态,通过对徐州五所高职院校4 523名大学生的心理状况进行问卷调查,分析环境快速变化导致的心理压力状态下影响学习的因素。为改善高职大学生在环境突变条件下的学习状态,给出几点建议。
The rapid changes in the international and domestic social and economic environment have brought significant changes to the learning environment of vocational college students,affecting their learning outcomes.In order to understand the learning psychological state of vocational college students in recent years,this paper conducted a questionnaire survey on the psychological state of 4523 college students from five vocational colleges in Xuzhou,and analyzed the factors affecting learning under the Psychological stress state caused by rapid changes in the environment.In order to improve the learning status of vocational college students under sudden environmental changes,several suggestions are given.
