摘要
激光三维扫描技术可用于对大型异形件的测量、逆向建模、对比分析。螺旋衬板作为立式搅拌磨更换频率高的易损件,可直接影响磨矿效率、设备运转率。基于此,介绍了激光三维扫描技术在螺旋衬板扫描点云分析处理中的应用;对螺旋衬板的磨损规律进行探究,建立了衬板损耗模型,并制定了契合用户需求的衬板优化方案;最终实现了对螺旋衬板的结构优化设计,延长了衬板的使用寿命,提高了矿山综合经济效益。
The laser 3D scanning technology can be used for the measurement,reverse modeling and comparative analysis of large special-shaped parts.As a vulnerable part with high replacement frequency in the vertical stirring mill,the spiral liner can directly affect the grinding efficiency and equipment operation rate.Based on this,the application of the laser 3D scanning technology inthe scanning point cloud analysis and processing of the spiral liner was introduced.Then,the wear regulation of the spiral liner was studied,and the liner loss model was established.At the same time,the liner optimization scheme that met the user's needs was formulated.Finally,the structural optimization design of the spiral linerwas realized,which extended the service life of the liner,and improved the comprehensive economic benefit of the mine.
