天水花牛苹果产业发展现状及问题对策研究

Research on the Development Status and Problems of the Huaniu Apple Industry in Tianshui

甘肃省天水市是我国元帅系苹果最适宜栽培区,也是目前元帅系苹果栽培面积最大、产量最多的地区。文章首先分析了花牛苹果产业的发展现状;指出尽管该地区的产业布局和品种结构已经基本趋于完善,但是仍然存在一系列的突出问题。比如,天水花牛苹果品牌保护意识不强、栽培管理水平和标准化程度低、专业人才缺乏和市场及营销体系不健全,市场营销和服务体系的建设也比较落后等。针对这些问题进行了分析,并提出了天水花牛苹果产业发展的相应对策与建议。

Tianshui City,Gansu Province is the most suitable cultivation area for Marshal style apples in China,and it is also the area with the largest cultivation area and highest yield of Marshal style apples at present.This article first analyzes the development status of the Huaniu apple industry,and finds that although the industrial layout and variety structure of the region have basically improved,there are still a series of prominent problems.Such as,weak brand protection awareness,low cultivation management level and standardization level,lack of professional talents and an imperfect market and marketing system.An analysis was conducted on these issues,and corresponding strategies and suggestions were proposed for the development of the Huaniu apple industry in Tianshui.
