Comparison between Citizenship Behavior of Environmental Protection Organizations and Organizational Citizenship Behavior as Well as Research Prospect

经过多年发展,对组织公民行为的研究,已取得较大进展。环保组织公民行为概念的诞生与发展,逐渐成为研究的热点。本文基于国内外学者的研究,从内涵、维度与测量、作用机制三个方面进行对比研究,探讨二者可能存在的关系,进而加深对环保组织公民行为的理解。最后,文章展望了环保组织公民行为的未来研究方向。

After years of development,significant progress has been made in the study of organizational citizenship behavior.The birth and development of the concept of civic behavior in environmental organizations has gradually become a research hotspot.This article,based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars,comparatively studies the two concepts from the three aspects of connotation,dimension and measurement,and mechanism of action.The aim is to explore the possible relationship between the two,which can deepen the understanding of environmental organization citizenship behavior.Eventually,this study looks into the future research direction of environmental organization citizenship behavior.
