中国式现代化国际传播的机遇挑战及推进策略

摘要 本文从国际传播的视角对中国式现代化理念进行深度解读,旨在揭示不同国家如何根据自身利益,选择与中国的合作方式和交往路径,以及这种理念对中国、各国以及全球的影响。在百年未有之大变局的国际环境下,本文对中国式现代化在国际传播中面临的新机遇和新挑战进行了深入探讨。针对如何在新时代推进中国式现代化的国际传播,本文提出了需要加强构建自主叙事体系,重视传播对象国在中国式现代化传播中的作用,更要立足各国对现代化的共同追求,讲好中国式现代化的故事。此外,本文还探讨了如何增强国家文化软实力、提升中华文化的国际影响力,以及构建具有丰富内涵的中国式现代化的国际形象,这些都是我国在丰富世界现代化话语体系中的重要尝试,无论从时间还是空间场域来看,都具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。 This article provides an in-depth analysis of the Chinese-style modernization concept from the perspective of international communication.Its aim is to reveal how different countries,based on their own interests,choose modes of cooperation and paths of interaction with China,and the impact of this concept on China,individual nations,and the global community.Against the backdrop of unprecedented changes in the international environment over the past century,the paper extensively explores the new opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese-style modernization in international communication.In addressing how to advance the international communication of Chinese-style modernization in the new era,the article proposes the need to strengthen the construction of an independent narrative system,emphasize the role of the target country in the communication of Chinese-style modernization,and,importantly,ground storytelling in the common pursuit of modernization by various nations.Furthermore,the paper discusses strategies for enhancing national cultural soft power,boosting the international influence of Chinese culture,and constructing a richly nuanced international image of Chinese-style modernization.These efforts represent crucial attempts by China to enrich the global discourse on modernization,holding significant theoretical and practical value both in terms of time and spatial contexts.
