信息化环境下家校共育胜任力的基本现状、影响因素与提升策略——基于对武汉市三所中小学的调查分析

摘要 信息技术在为家校共育持续赋能的同时,也对教师、家长的家校共育胜任力提出了新的要求。本研究通过线上问卷调查了285名教师和1502名家长的家校共育胜任力,结果发现教师、家长的家校共育胜任力整体得分情况较为良好,部分维度得分参差不齐,技术接受度和家校共育知识的平均得分相对较低;教师的家校共育胜任力的部分维度受到性别、年龄、教龄、学历、科目类别等因素的影响,家长的家校共育胜任力的部分维度受到性别、年龄、是否担任过家委、是否从事过教师行业、户口所在地、家庭经济情况等因素的影响。基于上述研究结论,本研究提出分类培训、以评促学、实时指导等多种针对性提升策略。 While information technology continuously empowers home-school co-education,it also puts forward new requirements for teachers'and parents'home-school co-education competency.In this study,285 teachers and 1502 parents were investigated by online questionnaires.The results showed that the overall scores of teachers'and parents'home-school co-education competency were relatively good,but the scores of some dimensions were uneven,for example,the average scores of both technology acceptance and home-school co-education knowledge were relatively lower.Some dimensions of teachers'home-school co-education competency were influenced by factors such as gender,age,teaching experience,education background,subject category and so on,while some dimensions of parents'home-school coeducation competency were influenced by factors such as gender,age,whether they had served as a parent committee member,whether they had been engaged in the teaching industry,the location of their domicile place,family economic situation and so on.Based on the above conclusions,this study puts forward various targeted promotion strategies,such as classified training,promoting learning through evaluation,real-time guidance and so on.
