油田电力线路检修作业风险控制

Risk Control of Overhaul Operation of Electric Power Line in Oilfield

检修是油田电力线路维护的重要措施,存在造电击、高处坠落、物体打击、机械伤害、起重伤害、交通伤害六大作业风险,并且现场监管难度较大。通过对油田电力线路检修作业风险进行辨识分析,从事前预防、事中控制、事后管理三个方面入手,提出系统防范油田电力线路检修作业风险的方法。

Overhaul is the important measure for maintenance of electric power line in oilfield.There are six major operating risks including electric shock,falling,object strike,machinery injury,crane injury and traffic injury,and it has big difficulty on on-site supervision.By identifying and analyzing the overhaul operation risk of electric power line in oilfield,the systematical method of avoiding the overhaul operation risk of electric power line in oilfield was put forward from three aspects such as prevention in advance,control in process and management after event.
