非平面碲硒镉薄膜太阳电池组件制备研究

摘要 随着光伏技术日益进步,其应用场景愈加细分,一些场景需要使用非平面光伏电池组件以兼顾其功能性与美观需求。基于顶衬碲硒镉薄膜太阳电池结构特点,利用玻璃热弯技术,在常压环境且充保护气体的管式炉中直接对顶衬碲硒镉薄膜太阳电池小面板进行热弯,制备了非平面顶衬碲硒镉薄膜太阳电池小组件,使用I-V测试仪对其热弯前后I-V特性进行了研究。结果表明,热弯温度为610℃时,小组件的VOC、JSC、FF和效率与热弯前相比未见明显衰减,热弯温度为630℃时,小组件仍能保持约10%的光电转化效率。该研究证明,当应用场景需要非平面光伏电池时,通过直接热弯顶衬碲硒镉薄膜太阳电池面板制备非平面碲硒镉太阳电池组件是可行的,这为非平面碲硒镉太阳电池组件产业化提供了一种制备方法。 With the increasing progress of photovoltaic technology,its application scenarios are increasingly subdivided,and some scenarios need to use non-planar photovoltaic cell modules to consider the functionality and aesthetics.Based on the structural characteristics of the superstrate Cd‐SeTe thin film solar cell,the glass hot bending technology was used to directly bend small modules in tubular furnace filled with protective gas at atmospheric environment,and the non-planar superstrate CdSeTe thin film solar cell modules were prepared by using small modules.The I-V characteristics before and after hot bending were studied.The results show that the VOC,JSC,FF and efficiency of the small modules do not significantly degrade compared with those before hot bending when the hot bending temperature is 610℃.When the hot bending temperature is 630℃,the small modules can keep the photoelectric conversion efficiency of about 10%.The study proves that when the application scenario requires non-planar photovoltaic cells,they can be obtained directly from the superstrate CdSeTe thin film solar cell module panels by hot bending,providing a preparation method for the industrialization of non-planar superstrate CdSeTe thin film solar cells.
