Logic and Solution of Promoting Organized Humanities and Social Sciences Research in Universities Via Scientific Research Team Construction

文科科研团队是新时代高校构建中国特色哲学社会科学知识体系和推进有组织科研的重要抓手,但目前高校文科科研团队建设存在对其重要性认识不足、团队构成不合理且不稳定、团队规章制度不完善、忽视团队精神文化建设等问题。新时代高校文科科研团队建设需要从文科科研规律和我国文科科研实际出发,围绕提高认识、加强顶层设计、以实质性合作为目标、重视青年科研团队建设、以质量和贡献为导向、营造自由宽松的团队发展环境和氛围,推动文科科研团队建设开创新局面。

High-level research teams are vital to establishing a knowledge system of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,and serve as a key foundation for universities to promote organized research in Humanities and Social Sciences in the new era.However,there are some problems in the construction of research team,including lack of understanding of its importance,il-logical and unstable team composition,inadequate team guidelines and regulations,and neglect of team spirit and culture construction.The development of research teams in the Humanities and Social Sciences in the new era should be guided by the scientific rules and practical considerations.The cooperation between teams must be substantial and classified,and the priority should be placed on the construction of young scientific research teams.Quality and contribution should also be key focuses.And a free and relaxed environ-ment should be created.All these will help the development of teams,bringing a new era of Humanities and Social Sciences research.
