摘要
龙门式铝棒机械手是一种使用在铝挤压机生产线上,对铝棒进行码垛或解垛的自动化设备。夹取装置是龙门式铝棒机械手的末端执行机构,其可靠的工作性能是保证铝挤压机生产线正常连续运行的重要条件。对龙门式铝棒机械手夹取装置进行可靠性分析,包括电机性能校验、顶尖夹紧力校验、链条静强度校验、顶尖板静强度校验,并进行了气动系统改进。改进后,龙门式铝棒机械手在铝挤压机生产线上应用,取得了预期效果。
Gantry type aluminum rod manipulator is a type of automated equipment used in the aluminum extruder production line to palletize or depalletize aluminum rod.The clamping device is the end actuator of the gantry type aluminum rod manipulator,and its reliable working performance is an important condition to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the aluminum extruder production line.The reliability analysis of clamping device of the gantry type aluminum rod manipulator was carried out,including motor performance verification,top clamping force verification,chain static strength verification,top plate static strength verification,and pneumatic system was improved.After the improvement,the gantry type aluminum rod manipulator was applied on the aluminum extruder production line and the expected result was achieved.
