实地调研H快运分拣中心的物流装备现状,总结H快运分拣中心的运作流程和特点,对存在的问题采用优化物流系统的思路进行解决。由此,基于层次分析法进行H快运分拣中心的物流装备选用。对选用物流装备的七个影响因素的重要性权值进行排序,得出影响H快运分拣中心物流装备选用的因素的重要性排序为人工成本、维护成本、运作效率、购置成本、操作误差、货损货差、适应能力。将影响因素重要性排序作为H快运分拣中心物流装备选用的决策依据,最终通过优化物流装备提高了H快运分拣中心的运作效率。

The field investigation of the current situation of logistics equipment of H Express Sorting Center was done,and the summary of the operation process and characteristic of H Express Sorting Center was made,and to use the idea of optimizing logistics system to solve the existing problem.Therefore,the logistics equipment selection of H Express sorting center was carried out based on the analytic hierarchy process.The importance weights of the seven influencing factors of the logistics equipment selection were ranked,and the ranking of the importance of the factors affecting the logistics equipment selection of H Express sorting center is labor cost,maintenance cost,operation efficiency,acquisition cost,operation error,cargo damage and cargo difference,and adaptability.The ranking of the importance of the influencing factors was used as the decision-making basis for the logistics equipment selection of H Express Sorting Center,and finally the operational efficiency of H Express Sorting Center was improved by optimizing logistics equipment.
