钛合金振动钻削加工参数对钻削力影响的试验

摘要 针对Ti600钛合金难加工的问题,通过麻花钻钛合金振动钻削试验,分析钛合金振动钻削加工参数对钻削力的影响。在试验中,比较不同加工参数下振动钻削方式与常规钻削方式形成的切屑的特征,以及钻削力的差异。试验结果表明,麻花钻横刃部位从最初的普通钻削楔劈挤压转变为材料冲击效果,显著提升横刃切削性能。与常规钻削方式相比,振动钻削的钻削力动态分量显著增大,更容易生成切屑。同时,振动钻削形成的钻削力与扭矩均值相比常规钻削方式减小10%~15%。 Aiming at the difficult machining problem of Ti600 titanium alloy,the influence of titanium alloy vibration drilling processing parameter on drilling force was analyzed by twist drill titanium alloy vibration drilling test.In the test,the characteristics of chips formed by vibratory drilling method and conventional drilling method under different machining parameters were compared,as well as the difference in drilling force.The test results show that the cross edge of the twist drill is transformed from the initial ordinary drilling wedge splitting and extrusion to the material impact effect,which significantly improves the cutting performance of the cross edge.Compared to conventional drilling method,vibratory drilling has a significantly higher dynamic component of the drilling force and is more likely to generate chip.At the same time,the average drilling force and torque formed by vibration drilling is reduced by 10%~15%compared with conventional drilling method.
