催化裂化催化剂生产装置高压喷雾设备的优化

摘要 分析了催化裂化催化剂生产装置高压喷雾系统关键设备柱塞高压泵、气流分级机存在的问题,并对催化剂生产装置高压喷雾设备进行优化。采用成型盘根代替普通盘根,采用陶瓷柱塞代替金属柱塞,有效解决了柱塞高压泵盘根频繁泄漏及柱塞寿命短的问题。通过优化,盘根泄漏从每月1.25次减少至每月0.4次,柱塞平均寿命从1个月延长至8个月以上。在气流分级机轴承箱上部轴承压盖开注油孔,增设油杯,将下部压盖密封改为双向密封,并改进轴承选型,有效解决了气流分级机使用周期短的问题。通过优化,气流分级机运行周期从3个月左右延长至3 a左右。通过优化,提高了催化裂化催化剂生产装置高压喷雾设备的运行稳定性和生产效率,降低了设备故障率,消除了安全环保隐患。 The problems existing in plunger high-pressure pump and airflow classifier as the key equipment of the high-pressure spray system of the FcC catalyst production device were analyzed,and the high-pressure spraying equipment of the catalyst production device was optimized.Forming packing was used instead of ordinary packing,and ceramic plunger was used instead of metal plunger to effectively solve the problems of frequent leakage of packing and short plunger life of plunger high-pressure pump.Through optimization,the times of packing leaking were reduced from 1.25 per month to 0.4 per month,and the average plunger life was extended from 1 month to more than 8 months.In the upper bearing gland of the bearing box of airflow classifier,the oil hole was opened,the oil cup was added,the lower.gland seal was changed to a two-way seal,and the bearing selection was improved to effectively solve the problem of short service life of airflow classifier.Through optimization,the operating cycle of airflow classifier had been extended from about 3 months to about 3 a.Through optimization,the operation stability and production efficiency of the high-pressure spray equipment of the FcC catalyst production device were improved,the equipment failure rate was reduced,and hidden safety and environmental protection hazards were eliminated.
