乡村振兴战略背景下贵州高职学生返乡创业意愿的引导策略研究

Guiding Strategies of Guizhou Vocational College Students’Willingness to Return Home and Start Businesses under Rural Revitalization Strategy

创业意愿是指个体对于创业活动的主观倾向和心理准备,是创业行为的重要前驱因素。乡村振兴战略是国家实施新时代农村发展的总方针,旨在推动农业现代化、农村繁荣、农民富裕。贵州高职学生作为新时代的有志青年,有着返乡创业的潜力和责任。该文通过问卷调查法,分析贵州高职学生的创业现状和创业意愿,以及影响高职学生返乡创业意愿的主要因素。在此基础上,提出一些有效的引导策略,如加强创业教育和培训、提供创业资金和场地支持、建立创业导师和网络平台及优化创业服务和监管机制等。该文旨在为促进贵州高职学生返乡创业,助力乡村振兴战略的实施提供一些理论和实践参考。

Entrepreneurial intention refers to the individual's subjective tendency and psychological preparation for entrepreneurial activities,which is an important precursor of entrepreneurial behavior.Rural Revitalization Strategy is the general policy for the country to implement the rural development in the new era,which aims to promote agricultural modernization,rural prosperity and farmers'prosperity.As aspiring young people in the new era,Guizhou higher vocational students have the potential and responsibility to return home and start their own businesses.Through the method of questionnaire,this paper analyzes the entrepreneurial status and entrepreneurial willingness of higher vocational students in Guizhou,as well as the main factors that affect their entrepreneurial willingness to return home.On this basis,some effective guiding strategies are put forward,such as strengthening entrepreneurship education and training,providing venture capital and venue support,establishing entrepreneurial mentors and network platforms,optimizing entrepreneurial services and regulatory mechanisms,and so on.The purpose of this paper is to provide some theoretical and practical references for promoting Guizhou higher vocational students to return home to start a businesses and to help the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
