摘要
以呼和浩特烧麦为例,通过访谈与观察法探析消费者视角下的饮食类非物质文化遗产的生产性保护路径。研究发现,消费者在饮食类非物质文化遗产的生产性保护中发挥着重要作用。具体表现为饮食类非物质文化遗产在日常消费中实现持续生产,在消费偏好中实现创新发展,在社交消费中实现文化生产,在代际惯习中实现记忆生产,在仪式消费中实现文化认同,最终助力其保护工作的开展。
Taking Huhhot Shaomai as an example,this paper analyzes the productive protection path of dietary intangible cultural heritage from the perspective of consumers through interview and observation.It is found that consumers play an important role in the productive protection of dietary intangible cultural heritage.It is specifically manifested in the realization of sustainable production of dietary intangible cultural heritage in daily consumption,innovative development in consumption preferences,cultural production in social consumption,memory production in intergenerational habitus,and cultural identity in ritual consumption,which ultimately helps to carry out its protection.
