中晚期非小细胞肺癌中常规分割放疗与超分割放疗的临床研究

Clinical Study of Conventional Fractionated Radiotherapy and Hyperfractionated Radiotherapy in Middle and Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探究常规分割放疗(radiotherapy,RT)与加速超分割放疗(accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy,AHRT)在治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和不良反应。方法回顾性分析2021年1月—2022年6月菏泽市牡丹人民医院不能手术或拒绝手术的60例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的临床资料。根据治疗方式的不同分为对照组30例,观察组30例,对照组采用常规分割方式治疗,观察组采用加速超分割方式治疗。比较两组疗效、生存率、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组近期有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.961,P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加速超分割放疗优于常规分割放疗,且不会增加放疗不良反应发生率。

Objective To explore the efficacy and adverse effects of conventional radiotherapy(RT)and accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy(AHRT)in the treatment of middle and advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with middle and advanced non-small cell lung cancer who were inoperable or refused surgery in Heze Mudan People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the different treatment modalities,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional fractionated method,and the observation group was treated with accelerated hyperfractionated method.Compare the efficacy,survival rate and adverse reaction of radiotherapy between the two groups.Results The recent effective rates observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%of the control groupa,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.961,P<0.05).Comparison of radiotherapy adverse reactions between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Accelerated hyperfractionated radiotherapy is superior to conventional fractionated radiotherapy,and there is no increase in radiotherapy adverse reactions.
