应用和胃冲剂治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果研究

Study on the Clinical Effect of Applying Hewei Punch in the Treatment of Chronic Gastritis

目的研讨和胃冲剂治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法随机选取2021年3月—2023年3月经漳州市第二中医院确诊为慢性胃炎(脾虚气滞证)的患者70例为研究对象,以随机数表法为依据分为两组,每组35例。对照组予以常规西医四联用药治疗,观察组基于对照组治疗条件辅用和胃冲剂温服,比较两组的临床疗效、用药前后的中医症候评分、幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,Hp)根除率、复发率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组总有效率(97.14%)高于对照组(77.14%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032);用药后,观察组各中医症候(胃脘痞满、食少纳呆、恶心欲呕、嗳气呃逆、疲乏无力及苔白腻/舌淡暗)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Hp根除率高于对照组,随访6个月的复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论和胃冲剂用于慢性胃炎(脾虚气滞证)患者的治疗效果确切,可更好地缓解中医证候,提高Hp根除率,减少复发,且不增加不良反应发生率。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Hewei punch in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods 70 patients diagnosed with chronic gastritis(spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome)in Zhangzhou Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2021 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups of 35 patients each based on the randomized table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine quadruple drug therapy,and the observation group was supplemented with Hewei punch warmed based on the treatment conditions of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM scores,helicobacter pylori(Hp)eradication rate,recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(77.14%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.590,P=0.032).After medication,the scores of TCM syndroms in the observation group(gastric epigastric fullness,dyspepsia,nausea and vomiting,belching hiccup,fatigue and white and greasy fur/pale tongue)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the recurrence rate at 6 months follow-up was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Hewei punch for patients with chronic gastritis(spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation syndrome)is precise,which can better alleviate the TCM syndrome,improve the eradication rate of Hp,and reduce the recurrence without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
