个性化护理对糖尿病合并下肢骨折患者生活质量的改善评价

Evaluation of Personalized Nursing Care on Improvement of Quality of Life in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus Combined with Lower Extremity Fracture

目的探讨个性化护理对糖尿病合并下肢骨折患者的应用价值。方法方便选取2019年11月—2021年11月福建省宁德市闽东医院创伤骨科收治的84例糖尿病合并下肢骨折患者,依据信封法分为对照组与观察组,每组42例,分别施以常规护理与个性化护理,对比两组患者的围术期相关观察指标、护理效果相关指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者出院时的健康知识掌握水平比对照组高,住院时间比对照组短,护理后的焦虑、抑郁情绪改善程度、运动功能及生活质量比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率(4.76%)比对照组(19.05%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.087,P=0.043)。结论对糖尿病合并下肢骨折患者施以个性化护理,有利于缩短住院时间,帮助改善负性情绪,提高健康知识掌握水平以及生活质量,降低术后并发症的发生率。

Objective To investigate the application value of personalized nursing care for patients with diabetes mellitus combined with lower extremity fracture.Methods 84 cases of diabete combined with lower extremity fracture patients admitted to the Department of Traumatology and Orthopedics of Ningde Mindong Hospital from November 2019 to November 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the envelope method,with 42 cases in each group,and were treated with conventional nursing care and personalized nursing care respectively.The perioperative observation indexes,nursing effect related indexes and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had a higher level of health knowledge mastery at the time of discharge than the control group,a shorter hospitalization time than the control group,a higher degree of improvement in anxiety,depression,motor function and quality of life after nursing care than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and a lower total value of postoperative complications(4.76%)than the control group(19.05%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.087,P=0.043).Conclusion Personalized nursing care for patients with diabetes mellitus combined with lower extremity fracture is more conducive to shortening the hospital stay,helping to improve negative emotions and improve the level of health knowledge and quality of life,and does not increase the incidence of postoperative complications.
