以家庭为中心的护理干预在减少新生儿红臀发生中的应用效果

Effectiveness of Family-centered Nursing Intervention in Reducing the Incidence of Neonatal Diaper Dermatitis

目的探讨以家庭为中心的护理干预在减少新生儿红臀发生中的应用效果。方法随机选取2020年1月—2023年1月厦门医学院附属第二医院收治的100例新生儿,分为观察组(50例)与对照组(50例)(随机数表法)。对照组给予常规新生儿护理,观察组给予以家庭为中心的护理干预。两组均护理至新生儿出院并随访2个月。比较两组新生儿红臀发生率及严重程度、红臀消退时间、复发率、家属相关知识及护理技能掌握度、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组新生儿红臀总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组新生儿红臀消退时间、复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组新生儿家属相关知识及护理技能掌握度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组新生儿家属护理满意度(96.00%)高于对照组(80%.00),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05)。结论以家庭为中心的护理干预在减少新生儿红臀发生中的应用能够有效避免红臀发生,控制红臀严重程度,避免新生儿红臀复发,提升家属对新生儿红臀的认知水平,提升其护理技能,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of family-centered nursing intervention in reducing the incidence of neonatal diaper dermatitis.Methods The research subjects were randomly selected from the newborns admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College,100 newborns were selected from January 2020 to January 2023,and were divided into the observation group(50 cases)and the control group(50 cases)(randomized numerical table method).The control group was given conventional neonatal care and the observation group was given family-centered nursing intervention.Both groups were cared for until the neonates were discharged from the hospital and followed up for 2 months.The incidence and severity of neonatal diaper dermatitis,the time for diaper dermatitis to subside,the recurrence rate,the mastery of family members'related knowledge and nursing skills,and the satisfaction of nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the total incidence rate of red buttocks in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and after nursing,the disappearance time and recurrence rate of red buttocks in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),after nursing,the mastery degree of related knowledge and nursing skills in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the nursing statisfaction of newborn family members in observation group(96.00%)was higher than the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.061,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family-centered nursing intervention in reducing the occurrence of neonatal diaper dermatitis can effectively avoid the occurrence of diaper dermatitis,control the severity of diaper dermatitis,avoid the recurrence of neonatal diaper dermatitis,improve the level of family's knowledge of neonatal diaper dermatitis,improve their nursing skills,and improve nursing satisfaction.
