针对性护理干预对乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者不良反应与生活质量的影响

Effect of Targeted Nursing Intervention on Adverse Reactions and Quality of Life of Chemotherapy Patients after Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者采用针对性护理干预对不良反应与生活质量的影响。方法方便选取2020年1月—2023年6月淮安八十二医院收治106例乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组予常规护理,观察组予针对性护理干预。比较两组焦虑、抑郁自评量表评分,评估患者不良反应发生率,对比两组癌症生命质量核心调查问卷(Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30,QLQ-C30)评分。结果干预后观察组焦虑自评量表评分(43.09±4.15)分、抑郁自评量表评分(40.65±4.25)分,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.143、9.985,P<0.05)。观察组脱发、胃肠道反应、静脉炎、口腔炎发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组QLQ-C30各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理干预能改善乳腺癌根治术后化疗患者负性情绪,可降低不良反应风险,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the effects of targeted nursing interventions on adverse reactions and quality of life in patients treated with chemotherapy after radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods A total of 106 patients treated with chemotherapy after radical mastectomy in Huai'an 82nd Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received targeted nursing intervention.Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depressing scale were compared between the two groups,the incidence of adverse reactions was assessed,and the Quality of Life Questionnaire Core 30(QLQ-C30)scores were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(43.09±4.15)points and depression Self-rating Depressing scale(40.65±4.25)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=6.143,9.985,P<0.05).The incidence of alopecia,gastrointestinal reaction,phlebitis and stomatitis in observation group were lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The QLQ-C30 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention can improve the negative emotions of chemotherapy patients after radical mastectomy for breast cancer,which can reduce the risk of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
