强化疼痛护理对肺癌手术患者术后疼痛的改善效果分析

Analysis of the Improvement Effect of Intensive Pain Nursing on Postoperative Pain in Patients Undergoing Lung Cancer Surgery

目的分析肺癌手术后患者实施强化疼痛护理对术后疼痛的影响。方法随机选取2020年12月—2022年10月江苏省苏州市相城人民医院接受肺癌手术的90例患者为研究对象,基于随机数表法分为对照组(n=45、采用常规疼痛护理)、观察组(n=45、进行强化疼痛护理)。通过对比两组临床护理满意度、负性情绪量表评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分以及术后7 d视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分等指标,评析护理效果。结果护理后,观察组满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组负性情绪量表评分和睡眠评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);术后7 d,观察组VAS(5.91±1.26)分相较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(t=15.851,P<0.05)。结论在肺癌手术后患者护理中应用强化疼痛护理不仅可减轻患者生理疼痛度和心理痛苦,还可提升护理质量,提高患者睡眠,生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of implementing intensive pain nursing on postoperative pain in patients after lung cancer surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients receiving lung cancer surgery in Xiangcheng People's Hospital of Suzhou,Jiangsu Province from December 2020 to October 2022 were randomly selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=45,receiving routine care)and observation group(n=45,receiving intensive pain care)based on random number table method.Clinical nursing satisfaction,Negative Affect Scale,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Score and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score 7 d after surgery were compared between the two groups to evaluate the nursing effect.Results After nursing,the satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The negative score and sleep score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).On the 7th day after operation,the VAS score of observation group(5.91±1.26)points was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.851,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intensive pain nursing in the care of patients after lung cancer surgery can not only reduce the patients'physiological pain degree and psychological pain,but also enhance the quality of care,improve the patients'sleep and quality of life.
