安宁护理对消化道肿瘤晚期患者心理状态及生存质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Hospice Care on the Psychological State and Survival Quality of Patients with Advanced Digestive Tract Tumors

目的探讨对消化道肿瘤晚期患者进行安宁护理后其心理状态及生活质量等多方面的变化。方法随机选取2019年1月—2023年9月江苏省仪征市人民医院收治的90例消化道肿瘤晚期患者为研究对象,按照随机抽签法分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用安宁护理,对比分析两组患者在心理状态及生存质量上的差异。结果护理后,观察组死亡恐惧量表评分(7.34±0.62)分、焦虑自评量表评分(43.43±2.52)分、抑郁自评量表评分(46.23±1.13)分均显著低于对照组(10.22±0.68)分、(48.23±1.24)分、(51.53±1.39)分,差异有统计学意义(t=20.995、11.465、19.847,P均<0.05);观察组生存质量量表各维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消化道肿瘤晚期患者在接受安宁护理后其恐惧心理、焦虑情绪、抑郁心境持续改善,整体生活质量显著提升。

Objective To explore the changes in various aspects of psychological state and quality of life of patients with advanced digestive tract tumors after hospice care.Methods A total of 90 patients with advanced digestive tract tumors in Yizhong People's Hospital of Jiangsu Province from January 2019 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into two groups according to random drawing method.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received hospice nursing.The differences in mental state and quality of life between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After nursing,the scores of Death Anxiety Scale(7.34±0.62)points,Self Rating Anxiety Scale(43.43±2.52)points and Self Rating Depression Scale(46.23±1.13)points in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(10.22±0.68)points,(48.23±1.24)points and(51.53±1.39)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=20.995,11.465,19.847,all P<0.05).The scores of quality of life scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with advanced digestive tract tumors whose fear,anxiety,and depressive state of mind continued to improve after receiving hospice care had a significant improvement in their overall quality of life.
