优质护理对脑卒中后抑郁患者心理状态及生活质量水平的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Quality Nursing Care on the Psychological Status and Quality of Life Levels of Depressed Patients after Stroke

目的分析临床干预脑卒中后抑郁患者期间,予以优质护理服务对患者生活质量、心理状态的影响。方法随机选取2022年1—12月厦门大学附属中山医院神经外科接诊的80例脑卒中患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组和研究组,各40例。研究组予以优质护理,对照组予以常规护理。比较两组患者生活质量、心理情绪、独立生活能力评分(Barthel Index,Barthel)、满意度等。结果研究组生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组抑郁量表(Hamilton depression scale,HAMD)评分为(8.47±2.54)分、焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)评分为(12.91±2.41)分,低于对照组的(13.23±2.65)分、(16.87±2.05)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.201、7.916,P<0.001)。干预前,两组Barthel评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,研究组Barthel评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.751,P<0.001)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组护理满意度,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.064)。结论临床干预脑卒中患者期间,以优质护理干预,减少负面情绪滋生,能改善患者生活质量,提高独立生活能力。

Objective To analyze the impact of quality nursing services on the quality of life and psychological status of depressed patients after stroke during clinical intervention.Methods 80 stroke patients treated in the Neurosurgery Department of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from January to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research object,they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The quality of life,psychological mood,Barthel Index,and satisfaction were analyzed in both groups.Results The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)(8.47±2.54)points,Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)(12.91±2.41)points in the study group were lower than those in the control group(13.23±2.65)points,(16.87±2.05)points,and the differences were statistically significant(t=8.201,7.916,P<0.001).Before intervention,Barthel score of both groups compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,Barthel score of the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.751,P<0.001).Nursing care satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.064).Conclusion During the clinical intervention of stroke patients,quality nursing intervention to reduce the breeding of negative emotions can improve the quality of life of patients and improve the ability to live independently.
