基于中医体质辨识的针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果分析

Effect of Acupuncture on Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Based on TCM Constitution Identification

目的探讨与分析基于中医体质辨识的针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)的效果。方法方便选取2020年6月—2023年2月江门市妇幼保健院收治的62例多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据1∶1简单分配原则分为研究组与传统组,各31例。传统组给予常规药物治疗,研究组在传统组治疗的基础上给予基于中医体质辨识的针灸治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组(100.00%)总有效率显著高于传统组(83.87%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.439,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组黄体生成素、睾酮含量较治疗前显著降低,且研究组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后两组的子宫内膜厚度与最大卵泡直径与治疗前相比显著增高,且研究组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于中医体质辨识的针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合征能提高患者的治疗效果,能调节患者的性激素分泌状况,提高患者的子宫内膜厚度、最大卵泡直径。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of acupuncture on polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)based on TCM constitution identification.Methods A total of 62 patients with PCOS admitted to Jiangmen Women's and Children's Health Hospital from June 2020 to February 2023 were conveniently selected and divided into study group and traditional group according to 1:1 simple allocation principle,with 31 cases in each group.The traditional group was given conventional drug treatment,and the study group was given acupuncture treatment based on TCM constitution identification.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(83.87%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.439,P<0.05).After treatment,the contents of luteinizing hormone and testosterone in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the contents in the study group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter of the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment,and those of the study group were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture based on constitution identification of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the therapeutic effect of PCOS,regulate the secretion of sex hormones,increase the endometrial thickness and maximum follicle diameter of patients.
