10MoWVNb合成氨高压厚壁管道焊接工艺研究

摘要 为优化10MoWVNb厚壁管道焊接工艺,减少焊接缺陷产生,保证合成氨高压管道焊接质量,通过分析10MoWVNb焊接性能,采用10MoWVNb药芯焊丝和J507MoW焊条,对氨合成废热锅炉之间连通管道进行了焊接工艺评定,对焊接试件进行了无损检测、硬度测试及力学性能试验,相关检测和试验数据符合母材标准要求。工程应用结果表明,10MoWVNb合成氨高压厚壁管道采用该焊接工艺,获得了性能优良的焊接接头,管道运行3年后进行首次检验,未发现任何缺陷,保证了合成氨装置长周期运行。 To optimize the welding process of 10MoWVNb thick-walled pipeline,reduce welding defects,and ensure the welding quality of ammonia high-pressure pipeline,the paper evaluates the welding process of the connecting pipes between the waste heat boilers of the ammonia synthesis unit by using 10MoWVNb flux-cored welding wire and J507MoW electrode to analyze the welding performance of 10MoWVNb.Nondestructive tests,hardness tests and mechanical property tests of the welding specimens were carried out,and all relevant test data meet the base metal standard.The application results show that through such a welding process,the 10MoWVNb high-pressure thick-walled ammonia pipeline gained welded joints with excellent performance.Initial inspection of the pipeline after 3 years of operation reveals no defects,which ensures the long-term operation of the ammonia synthesis plant.
