矛盾纠纷是导致群众生活不和谐的重要因素之一,如果排查不及时、化解不到位,很容易激化升级,甚至导致“民转刑”“刑转命”案件的发生。为维护辖区治安持续和谐稳定,安宁分局开发区派出所始终坚持和发展新时代“枫桥经验”,立足辖区实际,深耕社区警务“责任田”,探索出了矛盾纠纷排查化解“三查、四色、五坚持”工作方法,提前、有效、及时、稳妥排查化解辖区各类矛盾纠纷,坚决做到矛盾纠纷排查在早、化解在小。

Contradictions and disputes are one of the important factors that lead to the disharmony of the people's lives,if the investigation is not timely,the solution is not in place,it is easy to escalate,and even lead to the"Transfer of people"and"Transfer of life"cases.In order to maintain the sustainable harmony and stability of the public security in the area under its jurisdiction,the police station of the development zone of the Tranquility Sub-bureau has always insisted on and developed the"Maple Bridge Experience"in the new era,based on the actual conditions of the area under its jurisdiction,and deeply cultivated the"Re-sponsible field"of community policing,it explores the working methods of"Three checks,four colors and five perseveres"to solve contradictions and disputes,and investigates and resolves all kinds of contradic-tions and disputes in jurisdiction in advance,effectively,timely and steadily,we will resolutely investigate conflicts and disputes at an early stage and resolve them at an early stage.
