摘要
当双基地多输入多输出雷达的多个目标反射的信号具有相同的多普勒频率和反射幅值时,直接采用谱估计类算法或者旋转空间不变法均无法准确估计强相关目标的波离方向和波达方向。为解决以上问题,先建立包含多普勒频率和反射幅值的双基地MIMO雷达信号模型,分析强相关目标角度估计中协方差矩阵的秩,以及此时协方差矩阵的本征值对角度估计的影响。然后讨论了具有Hermitian性质的Toeplitz矩阵的协方差矩阵重构方法,并将之用于双基地MIMO雷达的强相关目标波达方向和波离方向估计中。仿真结果表明,上述算法提高了双基地MIMO雷达强相关目标的角度估计精度。
When targets of bistatic Multiple Input and Multiple Output(MIMO)radar have the same Doppler fre⁃quency and reflection amplitude,neither the spectral estimation algorithms nor the estimating signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques(ESPRIT)algorithm can accurately estimate the direction of departure(DOD)and the direction of arrival(DOA)of these targets.To solve above problem,firstly,the bistatic MIMO radar signal model in⁃cluding Doppler frequency and reflection amplitude was established.Both the rank and the influence of the eigenvalue of the covariance matrix for angle estimation were analyzed.Then the covariance matrix reconstruction method based on Hermitian Toeplitz matrix was discussed,which was used to estimate DOD and DOA of strongly correlated targets in bistatic MIMO radar.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm improves the accuracy of angle estimation of strongly correlated targets in bistatic MIMO radar.
