Research on Partner Selection of Power Grid Material Supply Chain Based on Blockchain Technology

选择恰当的供应链合作伙伴对电网物资供应链管理具有重要意义。首先建立基于区块链技术的供应链合作伙伴选择框架,其次从合作成本、服务水平、风险共担能力以及信息共享能力4个方面选取评价指标进行评价选择,最后建立基于CRITIC-TOPSIS的供应链合作伙伴选择模型。通过模型的计算结果得到供应链合作伙伴的评价排序,分别从设计院、电网物资供应商、物流企业、回收企业等4个供应链节点选取需要的合作企业,为区块链背景下合理选择供应链合作伙伴提供参考。

The selection of appropriate supply chain partners is of great significance to the supply chain manage⁃ment of power grid materials.Firstly,this paper establishes a supply chain partner selection framework based on blockchain technology,selects evaluation indicators from four aspects:cooperation cost,service level,risk sharing a⁃bility and information sharing ability,and establishes a supply chain partner selection model based on CRITIC-TOP⁃SIS.Through calculation,cooperative enterprises are selected from four supply chain nodes,including design institu⁃tes,power grid material suppliers,logistics enterprises and recycling enterprises,to provide reference for the reason⁃able selection of partners in the context of blockchain.
