基于全球专利视角下的玉米育种技术发展态势分析

Study on the Development Trend of Maize Breeding Technology Based on Global Perspective

摘要 育种技术的研究和发展有力地推动了优良品种的更新换代。本文通过对2017-2021年间全球玉米育种技术领域相关专利数据挖掘与分析,重点从主要专利布局区域、权利人、技术分布、热点分布以及高价值专利等方面分析发展动态与竞争态势。分析表明,美国是玉米育种技术的专利领先国,专利申请和高价值专利分别占全球的40%和69%,专利研发机构为跨国种业企业集团为主。我国玉米育种技术专利申请排名全球第3,研发机构以科研院所、大学为主,但高价值专利偏少,仅为美国的5.86%。提出要增强玉米育种技术研发与专利布局等3方面建议。 The research and development of breeding technology have effectively promoted the upgrading of excellent varieties.Based on the data mining and analysis of patents related to the global maize breeding technology field from 2017 to 2021,this paper focuses on the analysis of development trends and competition trends from the main patent layout areas,obligees,technology distribution,hot spot distribution and high-value patents.The analysis shows that the United States is the leading country in patents of maize breeding technology,with patent applications and high-value patents accounting for 40% and 69% of the world respectively.Patent R&D institutions are mainly multinational seed industry groups.The patent application of maize breeding technology in China ranks third in the world.The R&D institutions are mainly consisting of scientific research institutes and universities,but there are few high-value patents,only 5.86% of those in the United States.It is suggested to strengthen the research and development of maize breeding technology and patent layout.
