摘要
大学体育教学是保证大学生身体健康、强化体育素质整体水平的重要基础。经由多年的高校体育教学改革,无论是校外活动还是校内有目的与有计划的运动训练,均被纳入了大学体育教学,获得了较好的教学成果。运动处方教学模式,采取一人一方的教学思路,并联系身体素质在不同时间节点提高效果这一基础考核标准,真正实现大学生终身受益的体育教学目标。文章简述了运动处方教学及其价值,从其研究程序与流程角度出发阐述了该种模式的应用要点,并给出了相应的结论与建议。
Physical education in university is the foundation for ensuring the physical health of college students and strengthening the overall level of physical fitness.After years of physical education teaching reform,both extracurricular activities outside the school and purposeful and planned sports training inside the school have been incorporated into the process in physical education in university,achieving good teaching achievements.The prescription-teaching model of physical education adopts a teaching approach of one-person-one-prescription.It connects the basic assessment criteria that based on physical fitness enhance effectiveness at different time nodes,truly achieving the lifelong benefit of physical education teaching goals for college students.This article briefly describes the connotation and value of the exercise prescription-teaching model,expounding the application points of this model from the perspective of research procedures and processes,which provides relevant conclusions and recommendations.
