Lp-PLA2、HbA1c与老年T2DM合并冠心病的相关性分析

摘要 目的 探讨脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2 (Lp-PLA2)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)对老年T2DM合并冠心病的相关性分析。方法 选取2022年5月1日至2023年5月31日期间于泰州市人民医院就诊的老年T2DM患者308例,分为单纯T2DM组155例,T2DM合并冠心病组153例,检测两组的HbA1c和Lp-PLA2水平。通过Logistics回归分析,分析老年T2DM合并冠心病的影响因素。结果 T2DM组的Lp-PLA2、HbA1c水平分别为113.2(96.8,125.97) ng/mL、6.9 (5.9,8.5)%,冠心病组分别为156.21 (132.68,183.38)ng/mL、8.0 (7.01,9.3)%,两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Logistics回归分析Lp-PLA2、HbA1c为老年T2DM合并冠心病的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 LpPLA2、HbA1c是老年T2DM合并冠心病的危险因素,与老年T2DM患者冠心病的发生发展有关,对预测老年T2DM合并冠心病的发生具有一定的临床价值。 Objective To explore the correlation analysis of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)on coronary heart disease in elderly T2DM combined.Methods 308 cases of elderly T2DM patients who attended Taizhou People's Hospital between May 01,2022 and May 31,2023 were selected and divided into 155 cases in the pure T2DM group and 153 cases in the T2DM combined with coronary artery disease group,and the levels of HbA1c and Lp-PLA2 were detected in both groups.The influencing factors of T2DM combined with coronary heart disease in the elderly were analyzed by Logistics regression analysis.Results The levels of Lp-PLA2 and HbA1c in the T2DM group were 113.2(96.8,125.97)ng/mL and 6.9(5.9,8.5)%,and those in the coronary heart disease group were 156.21(132.68,183.38)ng/mL and 8.0(7.01,9.3)%,respectively the difference between the two groups was statistically significan(P<0.001).Logistics regression analysis of Lp-PLA2 and HbA1c as the influencing factors of coronary heart disease combined with T2DM in the elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion Lp-PLA2 and HbA1c are risk factors for coronary artery disease in elderly T2DM patients,which are related to the development of coronary artery disease in elderly T2DM patients,and have certain clinical value in predicting the occurrence of coronary artery disease in elderly T2DM patients.
