职业教育课程思政育人成效评价体系研究——基于CIPP课程评价模式

摘要 课程思政建设是系统工程,建立健全课程思政建设质量评价体系是推动课程思政持续改进、螺旋上升的重要手段,缺乏实操性强的评估指标体系已经成为制约课程思政深入发展的重要因素。为此,本研究以CIPP课程评价模式为框架构建了以学生为主体的课程思政成效评价体系,并利用构建的课程评价体系对职业院校课程思政实施成效进行了测评。测评结果显示:职业院校课程思政实施成效在二级指标体系过程、结果和三级评价指标体系教学内容、教学形式与方法、课外教育、学生成长、实施成效上较低;二级指标和三级指标在学生性别、年级、学历、政治面貌、家庭所在地等人口统计学上存在显著差异。为此,本研究提出健全体制机制为课程思政实施提供全保障;在课程思政实施过程中提升专业课教师的思政素养;以课程建设为主战场促进课程思政结果不断优化;以学生为主体,注重学生在课程思政中的需求和成长等途径提升课程思政实施成效。 The construction of CIPP is a systematic project,and the establishment of a sound evaluation system for the quality of the construction of CIPP is an important means to promote the continuous improvement and spiral of CIPP,and the lack of a practical evaluation index system has become an important factor restricting the in-depth development of CIPP.For this reason,this study constructed a student-oriented evaluation system of the effective-ness of curriculum Civic Governance with the framework of CIPP curriculum evaluation model,and measured the effectiveness of the implementation of curriculum Civic Governance in vocational colleges using the constructed curriculum evaluation system.The evaluation results show that the effectiveness of the implementation of the Civic Politics in vocational colleges and universities is lower in the process and results of the second-level indicator system and the third-level evaluation indicator system of the teaching content,teaching forms and methods,extracurricular education,student growth,and the effectiveness of the implementation;and that there is a significant difference between the second-level and third-level indicators in the demographics of the students in terms of their gender,grade level,education level,political profile,and family location.For this reason,this study proposes sound institutional mechanisms to provide full protection for the implementation of curriculum civics;to improve the civics quality of teachers of professional courses during the implementation of curriculum civics;to promote the continuous optimization of the results of curriculum civics based on the main battlefield of curriculum construction;and to take students as the main body,focusing on their needs and growth in curriculum civics to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of curriculum civics.
