产教融合视域下提升高职学生思政课获得感的实践策略

Practical Strategies to Enhance Higher Vocational Students'Sense of Acquisition of Civics and Political Science Courses under the Perspective of Industry-Teaching Integration

产教融合是高职高专人才培养的一种新模式,是将思想政治理论课(以下简称思政课)小课堂与社会大课堂相融合的重要载体。思政课是立德树人的主阵地,是引领大学生价值观、形成健全人格、培养社会责任感的关键课程,面对当前高职学生缺乏学习内驱力,思政课吸引力、感染力不强,实践教学师资队伍乏等现象,高校应在教育教学中坚持以人为本,努力改进思政课育人模式,优化思政课实践教学团队,制订行之有效的保障机制等方式,切实解决思政课教学中存在的突出问题,让大学生在学习的过程中有更多的获得感。

The integration of production and education is a new mode of talent cultivation in higher vocational colle-ges,and it is an important carrier to integrate the small classroom of ideological and political theory class(hereinaf-ter referred to as Civic and Political Science Class)with the big classroom of society.Civic and political science course is the main position for cultivating morality and shaping people,and it is the key course for leading college students'values,forming a sound personality and cultivating a sense of social responsibility.Facing the phenomena of lack of internal drive for learning among higher vocational students,weak attraction and infectious force of Civic and political science course,and lack of practice teaching faculty,colleges and universities should adhere to the people-oriented principle in teaching and learning,make efforts to improve the mode of educating people in the course of Civic and political science,optimize the practice teaching team of Civic and political science course,and formulate an effective guarantee mechanism.Effective guarantee mechanism and other ways to effectively solve the outstanding problems in the teaching of civic and political courses,so that college students have more sense of acquisition in the process of learning.
