构建以需求为导向的非学历继续教育培训体系

摘要 非学历继续教育注重实际应用和实用技能的培养,相比学历教学更加灵活便捷,通过非学历继续教育,可以弥补学历教育所存在的不足,并且更好地满足个人和社会的实际需求。构建以需求为导向的非学历继续教育培训体系对于满足人们的实际需求,促进个人职业发展和社会进步具有重要意义。本文在以需求为导向的培训对象分析和定位基础之上,给出了基于认知心理学和行为主义心理学的培训内容模型,以及在非学历培训中双师型师资队伍建设和多元化教学手段实施方案,最后给出了教学培训评估方案。尝试运用系统思维,强化顶层设计、创新体制机制、提升培养质量,整体推进继续教育的结构改革和培训体系的建设。 Non-degree continuing education focuses on the cultivation of practical application and practical skills.Compared to degree education,it is more flexible and convenient.Through non-degree continuing education,it can make up for the deficiencies of degree education and better meet the practical needs of individuals and society.Building a demand-oriented non-degree continuing education training system is of great significance for meeting peo-ple's practical needs,promoting personal career development,and social progress.Based on the analysis and posi-tioning of the training objects guided by demand,this article provides a training content model based on cognitive psychology and behaviorism psychology.It also proposes a dual-teacher model for the construction of teaching staff in non-degree training,as well as an implementation plan for diversified teaching methods.Finally,an evaluation plan for teaching and training is presented.The attempt is made to apply systems thinking,strengthen top-level de-sign,innovate institutional mechanisms,improve the quality of education,and overall promote the structural reform of continuing education and the construction of training systems.
